Digital Products & Online Courses
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product access is provided. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Offline Events & Revision Marathons
Due to fixed logistical costs including venue bookings and material procurement, refunds for offline events and revision marathons are not permitted once the printing process for course materials has commenced. Please ensure your availability before registration.
